How delivery and pickup work
We deliver free across Québec. Palomino in Carignan is the only pickup.
How to order

Add your boxes and check out.

Choose free delivery, or Palomino pickup.

Send the $10 deposit by Interac to 438-881-4432 or contact@mrnorrisfoods.ca. Message: your full name and order number. Security question: Company name. Security answer: Norris.

We email you from contact@mrnorrisfoods.ca, then text the delivery window or confirm the Palomino drop.
- 5
Pay for the food at the door, or pay the balance at Palomino.
Fees
Free delivery across Québec.
Palomino pickup: $10 deposit, deducted from the food. Saturday, dropped Friday. 2215 Chemin de Chambly, Carignan.
Palomino Pickup — Carignan
2215 Chemin de Chambly, Carignan, QC J3L 4N4
Saturday, dropped Friday. Not the truck. Collect within 2 weeks of the drop, or the order may be cancelled. The $10 deposit stays non-refundable.
Cutoff
Palomino this Saturday if the Interac is accepted before Thursday 6 PM. Otherwise the following Saturday.
Free Delivery
Québec only.
- Free delivery across the province of Québec.
- The $10 Interac e-transfer deposit holds the order. It is not the price of the food.
- You pay the food at the door (cash, debit, or credit).
- After we receive the Interac e-transfer we text the delivery window.
What we do not do
No other pickup points. No couriers. No tracking number. The food is not paid online.
